· Ability to plan, coordinate, oversee work on Residential and Commercial construction projects.

· Knowledge to read and interpret construction docs, such as MEP's, civil, as well as specifications.

· Maintain a high standard of quality control and document coordination.

· Encourage, monitor and support a positive work environment, engage and remedy individuals not meeting these standards.

· Adjust manpower needs based on schedule milestones.

· Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure project schedules are being driven to completion.

· Maintain electronic daily logs, progressive project photo logs, submittals, project correspondence, etc.

· Work closely, and communicate with Project Superintendent to ensure project budgets and schedules are maintained properly.

· Nation Wide Construction is a second generation general contracting company performing work primarily in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts.
